-How to Locate Foreclosure homes ALL foreclosures are public information. We'll go into detail several websites and publications that list these homes coming up for auction.

-Learn to research the title to see if it's a deal We must be an informed buyer because if we bid on the wrong position loan, you could get stuck having to pay off a superior lien AFTER you win the bid.  We'll cover how to verify you're bidding on the RIGHT loan so all other liens are wiped away!

-Where is the auction located Every state is different, so we'll research several cities so you can get a feel for where to look in your town.

-How to bid at the auction We don't want to be the 1st to raise our hands at the auction.  There's "bidding etiquette" to make sure you don't over pay for the property! 

-How to estimate repairs Since we don't have access to inside the property before the auction, there are ways to give yourself a heads up regarding what the repairs may be so you can determine how much to offer!

-What do you do AFTER you win the auction Again, every state is different, but you must be prepared to move quickly.  There are several steps we do to secure the property and try getting any occupant out before we actually have to close on the property!
